Madonna recently shot down awards saying they are overrated. When asked about being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Madonna replied "No. No. I don't know about awards and things like that. They're overrated." I think her acting career pretty much killed any dreams she had of becoming an EGOT.
