In a YouTube video Madonna claimed sex was not only her favorite guilty pleasure but also her current "obsession". She went on to say her worst ideas were "Getting married. Both times!" referring to Sean Penn from 1985 to 1989 and Guy Ritchie from 2000 to 2008. It sounds like she's found the antidote to menopause and is firing on all cylinders.
