Gwyneth shared her morning routine which contains pretty much what you would expect from the GOOP founder. She starts off saying "I start my day with a tongue scrape and an oil pull" going on "The mediate for 20 minutes, I practice transcendental meditation" She also apparently starts every Wednesday with a dance routine. There you have it everyone, just your typical morning routine everyone has time for before the rat race kicks off again.
