On her podcast Gwyneth said she became Paleo a few years ago but now "I'm getting back into eating sourdough bread, cheese. There, I said it. A little pasta" Something tells me she's stocked up on Ozempic and Imodium for when that gluten and dairy mixture makes contact with her sheltered gut bacteria. Either that or her Jade Vagina Eggs are being shoved up somewhere else to hold back the explosive diarrhea.
